today was a little slow (atleast up until the time i was supposed to leave, and then they said coorporate was coming in) so i was playing around to try and improve my skills.. lol There is this girl who went through the same culinary program who has AMAZING piping skills. This is something i need to work on because i don't really get the chance to do it on cakes at work, but i looked at the pattern she kinda does, and tried to duplicate it. They're not perfect, but it turned out better then i expected! i'll i need to do is keep on practicing it. :D

those are really cool. i don't think food lion would let us do cool things like that...they are LAME.
that is lame, albertson's probably wouldn't like it either. good thing i'm not there! lol
I really like the scrolls/fluerishes that you put on the cakes.. Pretty and Yummy!
