Frustration

So i'm so pissed off at work lately! Aparently my manager is training me, by force not choice, to close the bakery.... Which is leaving me only 20 hrs/week to decorating! I quit two jobs to work there for my garanteed 25 hrs DECORATING, and now they want me to close?? it doesn't make sense at all. I've raised sales in the bakery by up to 40% on my cake sales alone and now they want to take that away? If I wanted to close the bakery I would have never left crappy Albertson's....

My manager just put the closing shift on the schedule, didn't even ask me if i would close. She didn't even tell me what needed to be done. Just expected me to come in and figure it out. Then since it worked out so great, our Assistant Store director was asking me about it today, and she's like 'so when are you closing next?' and my manager butted in and was like 'oh she's going to start closing on all thursdays' and i'm standing there wondering when the hell was this decided, she never even said anything to me that would imply i'm going to be closing once a week. It really just makes me upset because I could barely keep up with cakes on 25 hrs... yay work
