Keep up the great work. Sometimes employers don't know what they're missing until it's too late. There is also a deficiency of intelligence among grocery-store managers today. This is because the economical stress of the retail market to treat good people like crap so they end up with managers that are lazy, unimaginative, unappreciative and overall incompetent leaders. Your work shows by creative evidence that you know what you are doing. Bad managers don't create anything, they don't produce anything; they squelch creativity for selfish jealousy. They are hypersensitive because they know they don't compare event with their employees. The only consolation is to know this when you look at them and realize their small and pitiful state.
