more pictures? i thought you'd never ask!

Halloween decorations! and of course my christmas lights! aren't they pretty? :D

This is the time at school when someone double parked me and i got literally boxed in, late for work and ended up being able to leave only because the red truck left and i wiggled my way out!

the circus came to the mckay events center (i of course was trapped in restaurant, but we got to sneak and see the animals, i was literally a foot away from those tigers, and the elephants were freakin HUGE!

this was the appetizer, salad, and entree that was my final for restaurant class! i got 87/100... which as i stated before consider that great success! lol

that cake is my plan for my wedding cake final for school (look familiar? if you watch cake boss you know where the plan came from :D)

Forgot some cool stuff!

So here are some cool stuff i've done at work lately. I dunno why the wedding cake won't turn, but that was the first wedding cake i've done there. They had their own topper, and were also going to put roses under the columns. There was also this OTHER wedding cake... but it was a bit out of the box (second and third pic) it took forever and turned out alot better then i expected it to! lol i like my mt. rushmore! then there are some cute 7 count cupcakes that i actually hate doing, but have to. most of the time they don't look this good :D

Hi everyone!

So i don't really know where to start so I'm just going to start putting up pictures!

This was all of us at the restaurant Forage where we celebrated almost finishing the culinary program! I'm pretty sure i was the least dressed up person lol It was amazing food and a really cool experience. Then my friends Alice and Celeste ( I was also testing out my new camera!)

Here are some cute cookies i do at work, the first is like everyday ones, then valentine's day ones.

This was my mom's and Jim's birthday cakes (angela gave me the idea for the snowman cake :D)

We did a whole ton of sushi in school which i wasn't a huge fan of but, i made some pretty cool stuff. The big tray was a compilation of all the class' sushi. the three were the ones i made ( i made some other ones, but i didn't have my camera before they got all cut up) I made an egg salad sushi, prosciutto and veggie, and a cream cheese one. lol yea i didn't make many raw fish ones... :D
